FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Rear Lifter) INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Rear Lifter)


    1. Check the operation of the power seat motor.


      1. A01J7O2E01

        Apply battery voltage to the power seat motor.

      2. Check that the adjust screw rotates smoothly as follows.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → 1

        Battery negative (-) → 2

        		 Adjust screw rotates clockwise

        Battery positive (+) → 2

        Battery negative (-) → 1

        		 Adjust screw rotates counterclockwise

        If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat motor assembly.
