FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

    3. Detach the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Put protective tape around the fog light cover.

    2. Using the screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the fog light cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front bumper hole cover.

    2. Using the screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

      Remove the 6 screws and 3 clips.

    2. A01J3V1E01

      Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

    3. Remove the 2 screws, 2 bolts and 5 clips.

    4. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose, and then drain the washer fluid.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

    5. w/ Fog Light:

      Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

      Detach the 8 claws and remove the front bumper cover.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

      Remove the 4 clips, 5 bolts and No. 1 engine under cover.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH


    1. A01J401

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper reinforcement extension.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOUNTING BRACKET

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both front bumper mounting brackets.

      Remove the bolt and front bumper mounting bracket.

  12. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the radiator side deflector.

  13. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT BRACKET

      Remove the bolt and front bumper reinforcement bracket.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 RETAINER BRACKET

      Remove the bolt and front bumper No. 2 retainer bracket.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 1 RETAINER BRACKET

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the front bumper No. 2 retainer bracket.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Remove the screw and bolt.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
