FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Apply protective tape around the cushion shield.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the knob.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE SLIDE & VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the knob.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH WITH FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01J3WV

      Remove the 3 screws.

    3. Detach the claw and guide.

    4. Remove the cushion shield.

  4. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cushion shield.

  5. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the switch.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Pull the cushion inner shield to detach the claw and guide.

    3. A01J5VZ

      Pull the cushion inner shield to detach the claw and remove the cushion inner shield.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the clamp.

    2. A01J5AO

      Detach the wire harness from the clamp.

    3. Roll up over the front seat cushion cover LH.

    4. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER LH


    1. Remove the cover.

  9. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the hog rings.

    2. Detach the hooks and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the hog rings from the wires of the seatback cover. Then roll up the seatback cover.

      Remove the hog rings and roll up the seatback cloth.

      Remove the hog rings and detach the strap of the seatback cover. Then roll up the seatback cover.

      Remove the hog rings from the center of the seatback pad and roll up the seatback cover.

      Remove the hog rings from the upper part of the seatback pad. Then roll up the seatback cover.

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.

      Remove the hog rings and seatback cover.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

      Remove the seatback pad.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK CLOTH

      Remove the seatback cloth.

  14. REMOVE LOWER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

  15. REMOVE UPPER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the cover.

  16. REMOVE LOWER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

  17. REMOVE UPPER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the cover.

  18. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Reclining)


    1. Remove the power seat motor Click here.

  19. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Slide)


    1. Remove the power seat motor Click here.

  20. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Rear Lifter)


    1. Remove the power seat motor Click here.

  21. REMOVE FRONT LOWER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the lower seat cushion shield.

  22. REMOVE FRONT LOWER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the lower seat cushion shield.

  23. REMOVE FRONT SEAT WIRE LH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Detach the 2 claws and remove the seat wire.

  24. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SEAT WIRE LH


    1. A01J3LU

      Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and remove the seat wire.

  25. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and seatback spring.
