HEADLIGHT LEVELING SWITCH REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  • The procedures listed below are for the LH side.


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Put protective tape around the No. 1 switch hole base.

    2. Using a moulding remover, detach the 5 claws.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the No. 1 switch hole base.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING SWITCH

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight leveling switch.
