IGNITION KEY CYLINDER LIGHT INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER

    1. Inspect operation of the ignition key cylinder light.


      1. Connect the battery's positive (+) lead to terminal 2 and negative (-) lead to terminal 6. Then check that the LED illuminates.

        OK
        LED illuminates.

        If the result is not as specified, replace the transponder key amplifier.
