REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH side.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Attach the claw

    2. Attach the guide to install the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.

  2. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

      Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.

    2. Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.

  3. INSTALL TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB

      Install the tail and stop light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.

    2. Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.

  4. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET LH


    1. Install a new rear combination light gasket LH.

  5. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the rear combination light assembly LH with the clip and pin.

    3. Install the 2 bolts to install the rear combination light assembly LH.

  6. INSTALL REAR LIGHT GASKET LH


    1. Install a new rear light gasket LH.

  7. INSTALL REAR LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE


    1. Attach the claw.

    2. Attach the guide to install the rear light socket and wire.

  8. INSTALL BACK UP LIGHT BULB

      Install the back up light bulb to the rear light socket and wire.

    2. Turn the rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.

  9. INSTALL TAIL LIGHT BULB


    1. A01J6F8

      Install the taillight bulb to the rear light socket and wire.

    2. Turn the rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the socket.

  10. INSTALL REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Attach the rear light assembly LH with the claw and pin.

    2. Install the 2 nuts to install the rear light assembly LH.

    3. Connect the connector.

  11. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 16 clips to install the back door trim board.
