BACK DOOR COURTESY SWITCH INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01J59NE01

      Temporarily install the back door lock assembly with the 3 bolts.

    2. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    3. Attach the back door lock cable assembly.

    4. Connect the clamp and connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 16 clips to install the back door trim board.

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION


    1. Perform initialization Click here.

      Note

      Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
