If the following conditions are detected while the cruise control is in operation, the system clears the stored vehicle speed in the ECM and cancels the cruise control operation.

Under the following conditions, the stored vehicle speed is maintained:

Push the cruise control main switch to (+RES)*1 (RES / ACC)*2 |

Push the cruise control main switch to (-SET)*1 (SET / COAST)*2 | |
| CRUISE main indicator light goes off | There is a problem with the throttle position sensor and motor | Turn the cruise control main switch on again after the throttle position sensor and motor returns to normal |
