REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

    A01J33RE01

    1. Install the seat belt with the nut as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the seat belt with the nut as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER LH

    1. Install the seat belt with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      The anchor part of the seat belt must not overlap the protruding part.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A01J5A5E01

      Attach the 3 claws to install the reclining cover.

    2. Install the screw.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Install the seat belt LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER

    A01J4XJE02

    1. Install the seat belt center with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

    Note


    • A01J6E4E01

    • Be careful not to damage the cover.

    • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.


    1. Except TASA made:

      Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 9 new hog rings.

    2. TASA made:

      Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 4 new hog rings.

    3. Install the seat cushion cover (with pad) to the seat cushion frame.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure that the stopper band is not inside the cushion frame.

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01J3NNE01

      Attach the 4 claws to install the reclining cover.

    2. Install the screw.

  9. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH


    1. A01J3JNE01

      Install the release handle with the screw.

  10. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER RH

    A01J3SIE02

    1. Install the seat belt with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A01J5A5E01

      Attach the 3 claws to install the reclining cover.

    2. Install the screw.
