AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (for Manual Air Conditioning System) INSTALLATION


  1. CONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 claws to connect the air mix control cable sub-assembly.

  2. CONNECT HEATER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the heater control cable sub-assembly.

  3. CONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector and install the air conditioning control assembly.

  5. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL KNOB

    1. Install the heater control knob as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER CONTROL KNOB

    A01J6FS

    1. Install the No. 2 heater control knob as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL COOLER SWITCH


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the cooler switch.

  8. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

      3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

    2. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.
