AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

      *1 Air Conditioning Amplifier Assembly
      *2 No. 1 Cooler Wire

      Connect the No. 1 cooler wire to the air conditioning amplifier assembly as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL BASE


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the heater control base.

  3. INSTALL INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *1 No. 1 Cooler Wire

    1. Connect the No. 1 cooler wire to the integration panel sub-assembly (air conditioning panel) as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the 3 claws to the lower heater control base.

    3. Install the 4 screws.

    4. Install the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

      3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

    2. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.
