REAR COOLING UNIT REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE


    1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
    2. A01J660E01

      Install the 2 O-rings to the evaporator sub-assembly.

    3. Install the expansion valve to the evaporator sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

      Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
    2. A01J5KZE01

      Install the 2 O-rings to the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

    3. Using a 4 mm socket hexagon wrench, install the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly to the evaporator with the 2 hexagon bolts.

      Torque:
      3.4 N*m  { 34 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf }
    4. A01J6QBE01

      Attach the 3 claws to install the cooling unit case (motor side).

    5. Install the 9 screws.

  3. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the blower with fan motor with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE

    A01J40Y

    1. Install the drain hose.

  5. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR

    A01J40C

    1. Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT

    A01J56N

    1. Install the air duct with the 3 screws.
