REAR COOLING UNIT DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT

    A01J56N

    1. Remove the 3 screws and air duct.

  2. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE


    1. A01J40YE01

      Remove the drain hose.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 9 screws.

    2. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cooling unit case (motor side).

    3. Remove the evaporator sub-assembly from the cooler unit case (sink side).

    4. A01J5KZE01

      Using a 4 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

      Remove the expansion valve from the evaporator sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator sub-assembly.
