CLUTCH PEDAL DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Clutch Switch)


    1. Disconnect the switch connector.

    2. A01J4BF

      Loosen the adjusting nut and remove the clutch switch assembly.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (w/ Turn Over)

    1. Move the pedal to the full stroke position.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal spring from the clutch pedal assembly.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. w/ Turn Over:

      Remove the pedal spring with hook.

    2. A01J4FH

      Remove the nut, bolt and clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER (w/ Turn Over)

    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring holder from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURN OVER BUSH (w/ Turn Over)

    1. Remove the clutch pedal turn over bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE COLLAR

    1. Remove the collar and 2 clutch pedal bushes from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

    1. Remove the clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH


    1. A01J4HD

      Remove the clevis bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK (w/ Turn Over)

    1. Remove the hook from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION (w/ Clutch Switch)

    1. Remove the clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
