VALVE BODY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION SOLENOID ASSEMBLY

    A01J6MLE01

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve S1 and S2 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.6 N*m  { 67 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the shift solenoid valve SLT with the plate and bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY

    A01J5J5E01

    1. Align the groove of the manual valve with the pin of the lever.

    2. A01J5FQE02

      Install the 20 bolts.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

      Each bolt length is indicated below.

      23 mm (0.91 in.) for A
      28 mm (1.10 in.) for B
      36 mm (1.42 in.) for C
