FUEL PUMP INSTALLATION

Note

Do not disconnect the hoses indicated in the illustration.

  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP


    1. A01J2YLE01

      Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new O-ring, and install it to the supporter of the fuel suction plate.

      Install the fuel pump harness and connect the fuel pump connector.

    3. A01J6WO

      Attach the 3 claws to install the fuel pump.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUB-TANK


    1. A01J6OM

      Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    2. A01J3O9

      Attach the 3 claws.

    3. A01J395

      Connect the 2 fuel tubes and fuel pump harness.

    4. A01J6RDE01

      Attach the claw to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    5. Attach the tube to the 2 clamps on the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    6. Connect the jet pump to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

      Connect the fuel pump connector.

  3. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01J4JYE01

      Set the fuel sender gauge onto the No. 1 fuel sub-tank. Then slide the fuel sender gauge downward to install it.

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.
