WINDOW DEFOGGER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    A01V1CEE02

    1. Disconnect the F29 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      F29-1 (IG+) - F29-14 (GND) V - BR IG power supply Ignition switch ON (IG) 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      F29-14 (GND) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      F29-21 (B) - F29-14 (GND) BE - BR Auxiliary battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

      • If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulse according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • If the result is not as specified, the air conditioning amplifier assembly may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    A01V1ZHE02

    1. Disconnect the F28 air conditioning control assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      F28-5 (IG+) - F28-8 (GND) V - BR IG power supply Ignition switch ON (IG) 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      F28-8 (GND) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      • If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the air conditioning control assembly connector.

    4. Check for pulse according to the value(s) in the table below.
