ROOF HEADLINING DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 2 guides and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Glass Roof)

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Glass Roof)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE ROOF SILENCER PAD (except Glass Roof)


    1. Remove the 3 roof silencer pads.

  5. REMOVE REAR ROOF SILENCER PAD (except Glass Roof)


    1. Remove the rear roof silencer pad.

  6. REMOVE NO. 5 ROOF SILENCER PAD (except Glass Roof)


    1. A01UXWC

      Remove the 2 No. 5 roof silencer pads.

  7. REMOVE NO. 4 ROOF SILENCER PAD

      Remove the 2 No. 4 roof silencer pads.

  8. REMOVE NO. 6 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. A01UYMH

      Remove the 2 No. 6 roof silencer pads.

  9. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (except Glass Roof)


    1. w/ Curtain Shield Airbag:


      1. A01UZA8

        Remove the 2 adhesive portions and the rear side rail spacer.

    2. w/o Curtain Shield Airbag:

        Remove the 3 adhesive portions and the rear side rail spacer.

  10. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER LH (except Glass Roof)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Glass Roof)


    1. for Standard:


      1. A01V1HW

        Remove the 6 pieces of tape.

      2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.

    2. w/ Rain Sensor:


      1. A01V0WX

        Remove the 7 pieces of tape.

      2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (except Glass Roof)


    1. for Standard:


      1. A01V0B9

        Remove the 7 pieces of tape.

      2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.

    2. w/ Vanity Light:


      1. A01UYBS

        Remove the 10 pieces of tape.

      2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.

    3. w/ Rain Sensor:


      1. A01V1R6

        Remove the 8 pieces of tape.

      2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.

    4. w/ Rain Sensor and Vanity Light:


      1. A01UYN8

        Remove the 11 pieces of tape.

      2. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.
