UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. for Upper Side:


      1. A01UYYR

        Install new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Lower Side:


      1. A01V1GO

        Install new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A01V0IY

      Install new No. 1 instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Install new No. 3 instrument panel cushions as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A01UZN7

      Engage the guide and the 3 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX


    1. A01UYA1

      Engage the 3 guides to install the instrument panel box with the 3 <A> screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. A01UZJN

      Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 4 instrument panel register assembly.

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UZWT

      Engage the 6 clips to install the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 4 guides to install the instrument panel register assembly with the 4 <A> screws.

  10. INSTALL NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UZAY

      Install the No. 6 heater to register duct assembly.

  11. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01UXNF

      Engage the 4 guides to install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 <A> screws.

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Engage the 4 guides to install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 4 <A> screws.
