UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Remove the 4 <A> screws and disengage the 4 guides to remove the No. 1 heater to register duct.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Remove the 4 <A> screws and disengage the 4 guides to remove the No. 2 heater to register duct.

  3. REMOVE NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UZAY

      Remove the No.6 heater to register duct assembly.

  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 <A> screws and disengage the 4 guides to remove the center instrument panel register assembly.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UZWT

      Disengage the 6 clips to remove the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. A01UZJN

      Disengage the 3 claws to remove the No. 4 instrument panel register assembly.

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX

      Disengage the 3 <A> screws and disengage the 3 guides to remove the instrument panel box.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A01UZN7

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide to remove the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  10. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 3 instrument panel cushions.

      Note

      Always replace the No. 3 instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.

      Note

      Always replace the No. 1 instrument panel cushion with a new one.

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. for Upper Side:


      1. A01UYYR

        Remove instrument panel cushion.

        Note

        Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.

    2. for Lower Side:


      1. A01V1GO

        Remove instrument panel cushion.

        Note

        Always replace the instrument panel cushion with a new one.
