AIR CONDITIONING UNIT DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01V0SV

      Remove the 2 screws and the air conditioning radiator damper servo.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UYD7

      Remove the 2 screws and the air conditioning radiator damper servo.

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and air conditioning radiator damper servo.

  4. REMOVE ASPIRATOR PIPE


    1. A01UYC3

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the aspirator pipe.

  5. REMOVE PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)

  6. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UZUM

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the clamp.

    2. A01V0MR

      Remove the heater radiator unit from the air conditioner radiator.

  7. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE


    1. A01UZBQ

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and disengage the cooler expansion valve.

    2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler evaporator.

  8. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

      Remove the drain cooler hose.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UYOG

      Disengage the clamp and remove the connector from the lower heater case.

    2. A01V15X

      Remove the 3 screws.

    3. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the lower heater case.

    4. A01V21D

      Remove the cooler evaporator with the cooler thermistor.
