  1. IGNITION SWITCH EXPRESSIONS


    1. The type of ignition switch used on this model differs depending on the specifications of the vehicle. The expressions listed in the table below are used in this section.

  2. PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING GTS


    1. When using the GTS to troubleshoot with the ignition switch off:

      Connect the GTS to the DLC3, and turn the courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5-second intervals until communication between the GTS and vehicle begins.

    2. After all DTCs are cleared, check if the trouble occurs again 6 seconds after the ignition switch ON (IG).
