REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01V1XVE05

      Engage the 2 hooks to temporary install the rear seatback assembly LH.

    2. Install the 2 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    3. Pull back the rear seatback assembly LH.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both sides.

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat cushion lock hook.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Rear Side of Rear Seat Cushion Frame
      *2 Rear Seat Cushion Lock Hook

      Pass the rear seat inner belt through the slit of the rear seat cushion cover with pad sub-assembly.

    2. Align the rear side of the rear seat cushion frame with the 2 hooks.

    3. Engage the 2 hooks with the rear seat cushion lock hooks to install the rear seat cushion cover with pad sub-assembly.

      Note

      Check that the rear seat cushion lock hooks and the rear seat cushion frame are securely engaged.

  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Package Tray Trim)


    1. Install the package tray trim panel assembly.

    2. Connect the 2 package tray trim suspenders.
