INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ EC Mirror)


    1. w/ Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A004F9W

        Install the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

      2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, install the screw.

        Torque:
        1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }

      3. Connect the connector.

      4. Engage the clamp.

    2. w/o Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, install the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly.

        Torque:
        1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }

      2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o EC Mirror)


    1. w/ Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A004FJE

        Install the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

      2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, install the screw.

        Torque:
        1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }

    2. w/o Toyota Safety Sense:


      1. A004FCL

        Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

  3. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/o Toyota Safety Sense)


    1. Engage the 6 claws.

    2. A004GC1

      Slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and engage the 2 claws to install it.

  4. INSTALL PRE-CRASH SAFETY CITY COVER (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)
