DESCRIPTION

The main body ECU detects the condition of each door unlock detection switch.

PROCEDURE


  1. READ VALUE USING GTS


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.

    5. According to the display on the GTS, read the Data List.

  2. INSPECT FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH OR RH


    1. Inspect the front door lock assembly LH or RH Click here.

  3. CHECK FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH OR RH - MAIN BODY ECU AND BODY GROUND


    1. Disconnect the H6 or G6 front door lock assembly LH or RH connector.

    2. Disconnect the F57 main body ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      H6-8 (LSSR) - F57-7 (LSFL) Always Below 1 Ω
      H6-8 (LSSR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH OR RH - INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the J3 or I3 rear door lock assembly LH or RH connector.

    2. Disconnect the 3D instrument panel junction block assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Remove the instrument panel junction block assembly.

    2. Remove the main body ECU from the instrument panel junction block assembly.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
