  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the RH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH

  2. REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Window)

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (w/ Power Window)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (w/o Power Window)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER

  7. REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW DIVISION BAR SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN

  10. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A004GHQ

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 screws.

      *1 Release Plate

      Remove the rear door lock assembly from the release plate as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the door lock wire harness seal from the rear door lock assembly.

  11. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY (w/ Double Locking System)

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 2 claws to open the cover.

      Disengage the guide to remove the rear door lock remote control cable assembly from the rear door lock assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Double Locking System)

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 2 claws to open the cover.

      Disengage the guide to remove the rear door lock remote control cable assembly from the rear door lock assembly.

  13. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE LOCKING CABLE ASSEMBLY (w/ Double Locking System)

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 4 claws to open the cover.

      Disengage the guide to remove the rear door inside locking cable assembly from the rear door lock assembly.

  14. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE LOCKING CABLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Double Locking System)
