RADIO ANTENNA CORD INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Glass Roof)


    1. Align the 2 antenna cord positioning tapes with the markings of the roof headlining.

    2. Install the antenna cord onto the roof headlining with 11 new pieces of tape.

    3. Install the rest of antenna cord onto the roof headlining with a new piece of tape.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Glass Roof)


    1. Install the antenna cord into the clamp of the rear side rail spacer.

    2. Align the 2 antenna cord positioning tapes with the markings of the roof headlining.

    3. Install the antenna cord onto the roof headlining with 11 new pieces of tape.

    4. Install the rest of antenna cord onto the roof headlining with a new piece of tape.

  3. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the 2 clamps.

    2. Install the 3 clamps.

    3. Install the antenna cord with the bolt.

    4. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL STEREO OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Radio Receiver)

  7. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
