BRAKE PEDAL(for RHD) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD


    1. Install the brake pedal pad to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR


    1. Install the brake pedal shaft collar to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BUSH


    1. A01UZKB

      Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new brake pedal bushes.

    2. Install the 2 brake pedal bushes to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UYNL

      Install the brake pedal sub-assembly to the brake pedal support sub-assembly with the brake pedal shaft and nut.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Install the bolt and nut in the correct direction.
