THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket on the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.

   2. Install the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the water inlet hose and No. 3 water by-pass hose.

2. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER (w/ No. 2 Cylinder Head Cover)

   Click here

6. ADD COOLANT (for Engine)

   Click here

7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)
