OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. Apply engine oil to the oil pump relief valve.

    2. A01V00C

      Install the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve spring to the oil pump cover.

    3. Install the oil pump relief valve plug.

      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET


    1. Apply engine oil to the drive and driven rotors.

    2. A01V0XN

      Install the rotors to the oil pump body with the marks facing upward.

    3. A01UXO9

      Install the oil pump cover with the 2 bolts and 3 screws.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      8.8 N*m  { 90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf }
      Screw
      10 N*m  { 105 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
