FRAME WIRE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INVERTER BRACKET ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY EXHAUST DUCT

    Click here

  7. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID VEHICLE BATTERY COVER PANEL LH

    Click here

  9. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM POSITIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

      Remove the terminal cover.

    2. A01V1EE

      Remove the nut and disconnect the positive auxiliary battery terminal.

  10. REMOVE FRAME WIRE

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.

    Note

    Insulate the disconnected terminals with insulating tape.

      Disconnect the connector.

      *1 Shielded Wire Ground

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. Disconnect the shielded wire ground.

      Disconnect the 6 clamps.

    5. A01UY83

      Disengage the claw and disconnect the frame wire from the engine room junction block assembly.

    6. A01UYFM

      Disconnect the clamp.

    7. A01V14D

      Disconnect the clamp.

    8. A01V00G

      Disconnect the clamp.

    9. A01UYQJ

      Disconnect the clamp.

    10. Remove the 3 nuts.

    11. Disconnect the 4 clamps and remove the frame wire.

      Note

      The clamps are non-reusable parts.
