WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INVERTER BRACKET ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE INVERTER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 HV water pump hoses.

      Note

      Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and in the disconnected hoses to prevent foreign matter from entering the inverter water pump and cooling system.

      Disconnect the connector.

      Note

      Apply insulating tape to the connectors of the wire harness and inverter water pump assembly with motor to prevent the entry of coolant.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts and the inverter water pump assembly.

  4. REMOVE HV WATER PUMP BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the HV water pump bracket sub-assembly.
