If there is a malfunction in the air conditioning amplifier assembly, DTC U0424-537 will be stored.

Tech Tips

After the repair, clear the DTCs and perform the following procedure to check that DTCs are not output.


  1. Wait for 1 minute or more with the vehicle stopped, the ignition switch to ON (READY), the shift lever in P, and the air conditioning system on (Lo/COOL MAX, blower speed HI).

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (AIR CONDITIONER)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON (IG).

    3. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Trouble Codes.

    4. Check if DTCs related to the air conditioning system (A/C) are output.

      Result
      Result Proceed to
      DTCs related to A/C are not output. A
      DTCs related to A/C are output. B

    5. Turn the ignition switch off.
