FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER


    1. A01V0ZF

      Turn the front bumper hole cover and disengage the 3 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook to remove the front bumper hole cover.

  2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01V0AH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01V1O7

      Disengage the 27 claws and 2 guides to remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER MOULDING LH


    1. A01V0BI

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and guide to remove the radiator grille lower moulding LH.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01UYVB

      Remove the clip.

    2. A01UXWU

      Disengage the 11 claws to remove the radiator grille.

  6. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01UY93

      Disengage the 14 clips to remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING COVER


    1. A01UXKC

      Disengage the 9 claws to remove the front bumper moulding cover.

  8. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM


    1. A01UYCM

      Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides to remove the radiator grill (or front panel) emblem.

  9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  10. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Disengage the 5 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Disengage the 5 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.

  14. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. SEPARATE THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01V0PL

      Disengage the 2 clamps to separate the thermistor assembly.

  20. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. A01UYW9

      Remove the 4 clips and radiator support opening cover.

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL


    1. A01V0R3

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 radiator side air seal.

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 radiator side air seal side.

  23. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION LH


    1. A01UY46

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the radiator support extension LH.

  24. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01V26C

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01V0NM

      Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the wire harness.

    2. A01V07Y

      Remove the 6 bolts.

    3. Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement.

  27. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 BUMPER STONE DEFLECTOR BRACKET


    1. A01V1U4

      Remove the 2 nuts and front No. 1 bumper stone deflector bracket.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure as for the opposite side.

  28. SEPARATE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UXPJ

      Remove the bolt and separate the windshield washer jar assembly.

  29. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01V1GS

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.

  30. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  31. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UYWR

      Remove the 6 screws, 6 clips and grommet.

    2. A01UXXB

      Disengage the 3 hooks to remove the front bumper energy absorber sub-assembly.
