STOP LIGHT SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LED Type Stop Light)


    1. A01UZ0Z

      Insert the stop light switch assembly until the rod hits the pedal.

      Tech Tips

      When inserting the stop light switch assembly, support the pedal from behind so that the pedal is not pushed in.

    2. A01V18V

      Make a quarter turn clockwise to install the stop light switch assembly.

      Tech Tips

      When inserting the stop light switch assembly, support the pedal from behind so that the pedal is not pushed in.

      Torque:
      1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }
      or less

    3. Check the protrusion of the rod.

      Protrusion of the rod
      0.5 to 2.6 mm (0.020 to 0.102 in.)

    4. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Bulb Type Stop Light)


    1. A01UZ0Z

      Insert the stop light switch assembly until the rod hits the pedal.

      Make a quarter turn clockwise to install the stop light switch assembly.
