THROTTLE BODY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Engine)

    Click here

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the clamp and disconnect the ventilation hose.

    2. A01V1FE

      Disconnect the purge VSV.

    3. A01UY7G

      Disconnect the mass air flow meter connector.

    4. Disengage the wire harness clamp.

    5. Release the 2 clamps.

    6. A01UXOF

      Loosen the hose clamp and remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01UYGH

      Disconnect the throttle body with motor connector and the 2 water by-pass hoses.

    2. A01V253

      Remove the 3 bolts and throttle body with motor assembly.

    3. A01UYL7

      Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.
