REAR BUMPER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. A01NHLV

      Engage the 4 claws and 4 guides, and install the rear bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01NF8V

      Engage the 7 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    4. A01NF9L

      Install the screw.

      Torque:
      2.5 N*m  { 26 kgf*cm, 22 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    5. A01NGHR

      Engage the 2 rear bumper upper stoppers and install the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
    6. A01NGEW

      Install the 2 clips.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NGGW

      Engage the 2 craws and install the No. 2 luggage compartment side cover protector.

    2. Install the 3 clips and 2 bolts.

    3. Install the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
    4. A01NGGR

      Install the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    5. Install a new grommet.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NEJ9

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment side cover protector with the 2 clips.

    2. Install the 2 bolts and 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Fender Mudguard)


    1. A01NDHL

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the rear quarter panel mudguard sub-assembly with the 3 hexagon screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
    2. A01NFP7

      Install the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Fender Mudguard)

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
