REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      *2 Pin

      Engage the guide and pin, and install the rear combination light assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NCWP

      Install the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect each connector.

  2. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 4 clips.

  3. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the 2 bolts and 5 clips.

  4. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SWITCH (for RH Side)


    1. w/ Air Suspension:


      1. Install the height control switch Click here.

  5. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL

      Engage the 4 claws and install the reclining remote control bezel LH.

  6. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NEVY

      Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for LH Side)


    1. A01NG2K

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for RH Side)


    1. A01NCWM

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER


    1. A01NFWF

      Engage the 2 claws and 3 clips.

    2. Install the rear seat side cover LH with the 2 clips.

  10. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE


    1. A01ND4W

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw and 2 clips.

    3. Install the rear floor finish side plate LH with the clip.

  11. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE


    1. A01NCOE

      Engage the 6 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the rear floor finish plate.

  12. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE


    1. A01NEW9

      Engage the 3 clips, guide and 6 claws, and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

  15. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX (for LH Side)

      Install the front deck floor box with the clip.

  16. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for LH Side)


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. Install the deck side trim box LH Click here.

  17. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for LH Side)


    1. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. Install the deck side trim box LH Click here.

  18. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for LH Side)


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. Install the No. 4 rear floor board Click here.

  19. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for LH Side)


    1. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. Install the No. 4 rear floor board Click here.

  20. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for RH Side)

      1. Install the deck side trim box RH Click here.

  21. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for RH Side)

      1. Install the deck side trim box RH Click here.

  22. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for RH Side)


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. Install the No. 3 rear floor board Click here.

  23. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for RH Side)


    1. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. Install the No. 3 rear floor board Click here.

  24. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. Install the spare wheel cover assembly Click here.

  25. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. A01NGS3

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. A01NEZN

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    3. A01NGS9

      Engage the 3 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

  26. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  27. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for RH Side)


    1. w/ Air Suspension:

      Note

      When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  28. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. A01NDSY

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.
