HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01NF59

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the front bumper bar reinforcement with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET


    1. Install a new headlight gasket.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ND2W

      Connect the connector.

    2. w/ AFS:


      1. A01ND9N

        Connect the connector.

      2. Install the headlight reflector with the 3 screws.

    3. A01NH3H

      Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

    4. Engage the claw and connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING


    1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR


    1. A01NE1E

      Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NFWD

      Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

      Tech Tips

      For the headlight leveling motor RH, rotate it symmetrical to the directional arrow shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

    2. A01NEEX

      Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.

    3. Engage the claw and connect the connector.

  7. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01NFAO

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  9. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01NEI9E01

      Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

    2. A01NFWP

      Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect it.

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A01NI07

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.
