DESCRIPTION

The AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) receives a signal from each headlight leveling motor using LIN communication.

      Disconnect the A53 AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      A53-15 (IG) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    2. Disconnect the A21 or A29 headlight leveling motor connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
