REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHG9

      Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      Nut
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. A01NHHB

      Engage the claw and guide, and install the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NGBR

      Engage the 3 claws to install the belt support plate.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      *1 Side Airbag

      Temporarily install the side airbag so that it is stored inside the rear seatback cover with pad.

    2. Install bracket A onto the bolt and insert the guide.

    3. Install bracket B onto the bolt and insert the guide.

    4. Install the rear seatback cover bracket with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.6 N*m  { 57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • For vehicles with side airbags, the side airbags may not be activated normally unless the rear seatback cover is securely installed.

      • Check that the strap is not twisted after installing the bracket.

      • Install the bracket securely.

    5. A01NGH7

      Using hog ring pliers, install a new hog ring.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog ring, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    6. Engage the hook.

    7. A01NGLX

      Install the rear seat belt hook with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
    8. A01NEXX

      Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    9. Engage the 5 hooks.

      Engage the 2 fasteners and install the rear seatback cover with pad.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH


    1. A01NDWT

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support LH.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH


    1. A01ND9F

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support RH.

  6. CONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NGMF

      Connect the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER


    1. A01NGV6

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 guides.

    2. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 claws and install the cover.

  8. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Engage the 2 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NGXL

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01NCWF

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and install the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. A01NEYX

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover RH.

  12. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER


    1. A01NDXI

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the 2 tonneau cover hook holders with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER


    1. A01NFSC

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the "TORX" bolt to the rear seat lock striker.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NGO5

      Install the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01NFQE

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note

      Engage the 2 elastic bands.

    4. A01NFNG

      Engage each hook.

    5. A01NHC9

      Engage the 2 hooks to install the rear seat cushion cover with pad.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A01NEK7

      Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion moulding RH with the 2 screws.

  17. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH


    1. A01NFAE

      Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH with the 3 screws.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP


    1. A01NEH0

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat cover cap.

  19. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ND7N

      Engage the elastic band.

    2. A01NED6

      Install the rear seat center seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  20. INSTALL UPPER CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01NHXV

      Install the upper center seat hinge cover LH.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHE6

      Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage each clamp and connect the connector.
