REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Remove the rear seat assembly RH Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Pull the reclining adjuster release handle to recline the seatback.

    2. Disconnect the connector and disengage each clamp.

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat inner belt assembly.

      Tech Tips

      When the bolt is removed, the rear seat inner belt assembly is also removed.

  3. REMOVE UPPER CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

      Remove the screw and the upper center seat hinge cover LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the elastic band.

    2. A01NED6

      Remove the 4 bolts and rear center seat assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cover cap.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

      Remove the 3 screws and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A01NHDG

      Disengage each hook.

    3. A01NDMK

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    4. A01NHDN

      Remove the 2 hog rings and the rear seat cushion cover with pad.

      Disengage the 2 elastic bands.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

      Remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER


    1. A01NFSC

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the rear seat lock striker.

  11. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER


    1. A01NDXI

      Remove the 2 screws and the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. A01NEYX

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 fold stopper band assembly.

  15. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the installation to disengage the 2 claws (A).

    2. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (B) and remove the cover.

  17. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH


    1. A01NDWT

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support LH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support RH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      *1 Fastener

      Disengage the 2 fasteners.

      Disengage the 5 hooks.

    3. Remove the 6 hog rings.

    4. A01NGWH

      Turn back the separate type rear seatback cover to remove the nut, and separate the bracket of the separate type rear seatback cover.

    5. A01NGLX

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt hook.

    6. A01NGF3

      Disengage the hook.

    7. Remove the hog ring and the rear seatback cover with pad.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws to remove the belt support plate.

    2. A01NCZ4

      Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  22. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHG9

      Remove the bolt, nut and the rear center seat outer belt assembly.
