REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NGW4E01

      Install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      <A>
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      <B>
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01NGRQ

      Connect the connector and lock the locking button as shown in the illustration.

      CAUTION:

      Securely lock the locking button.

    3. A01NHXY

      Connect the shoulder anchor of the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    4. Check if the ELR locks.

      Note

      The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.


      1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY


    1. Pass the floor anchor of the rear seat outer seat belt assembly LH through the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.

    2. Engage the claw and 8 clips to install the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.

  3. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Connect the floor anchor end of the rear seat belt assembly and install the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.

  4. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 4 clips.

  5. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the 2 bolts and 5 clips.

  6. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SWITCH (for RH Side)


    1. w/ Air Suspension:


      1. Install the height control switch Click here.

  7. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL

      Engage the 4 claws and install the reclining remote control bezel LH.

  8. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NEVY

      Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for LH Side)

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for RH Side)


    1. A01NCWM

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER


    1. A01NFWF

      Engage the 2 claws and 3 clips.

    2. Install the rear seat side cover LH with the 2 clips.

  12. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE


    1. A01ND4W

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw and 2 clips.

    3. Install the rear floor finish side plate LH with the clip.

  13. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE


    1. A01NCOE

      Engage the 6 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the rear floor finish plate.

  14. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE


    1. A01NEW9

      Engage the 3 clips, guide and 6 claws, and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Install the rear seat assembly LH Click here.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. Install the rear seat assembly RH Click here.

  17. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX (for LH Side)

      Install the front deck floor box with the clip.

  18. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for LH Side)


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. Install the deck side trim box LH Click here.

  19. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for LH Side)


    1. for Full Size Spare Tire:

  20. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for LH Side)

  26. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

  27. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. for Full Size Spare Tire:

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    3. A01NGS9

      Engage the 3 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

  28. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  29. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  30. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. A01NDSY

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  31. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
