REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Pull the reclining adjuster release handle to recline the seatback.

    2. Disconnect the connector and disengage each clamp.

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat inner belt assembly.

      Tech Tips

      When the bolt is removed, the rear seat inner belt assembly is also removed.

  2. REMOVE UPPER CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

      Remove the screw and the upper center seat hinge cover LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the elastic band.

      Remove the 4 bolts and rear center seat assembly.

  4. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH

      Remove the screw and clip.

      Remove the reclining cover protector LH as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH

      Remove the screw and clip.

      Remove the reclining cover protector RH as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A01NGFE

      Disengage each hook and remove the center seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear center seatback cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and 4 guides, and remove the rear seatback lock cover RH.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center headrest support LH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center headrest support RH.

  13. REMOVE COAT HOOK CAP

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide and remove the coat hook cap as shown in the illustration.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 seatback cover.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 CENTER SEATBACK COVER

      Disconnect the rod as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 center seatback cover.

  16. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the center seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE LH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear seatback hinge LH.

  18. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK HINGE

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear center seatback hinge.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MOULDING LH

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback moulding LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MOULDING RH

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback moulding RH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT RH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolts and bushes.

      Remove the nut.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center armrest support RH.

  22. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING SPACER

      Remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining spacer from the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

  24. REMOVE CUP HOLDER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the cup holder.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat center armrest door sub-assembly.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BOX

  31. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 11 hog rings and the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      Remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the rear seat lock striker.

      Remove the 2 screws and the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

  37. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 fold stopper band assembly.

  38. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  39. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the installation to disengage the 2 claws (A).

    2. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (B) and remove the cover.

  40. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  41. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support LH.

  42. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support RH.

  43. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the hook.

    7. Remove the hog ring and the rear seatback cover with pad.

  44. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws to remove the belt support plate.

      Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  45. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, nut and the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  46. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the 12 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  49. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion side cover LH.

  50. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat reclining inner cover RH.

  51. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  52. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the No. 2 rear seat cover.

  53. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE


    1. Disengage the 6 control cable clamps.

    2. Disengage the 4 rear seat hooks and remove the rear seat reclining control cable.

  54. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear seat cushion spring assembly RH.
