REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR CENTER INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Disconnect each connector and disengage each clamp.

      Remove the nut and rear center seat inner belt assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cover cap.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

      Remove the 3 screws and the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides.

    3. A01NDCM

      Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 2 elastic bands.

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    3. A01ND1I

      Remove the 2 hog rings as shown in the illustration.

    4. Disengage each hook.

      Remove the 2 hog rings and remove the rear seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 11 hog rings and the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01NCRC

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat inner belt assembly.

      Tech Tips

      When the bolt is removed, the rear seat inner belt assembly is also removed.

  9. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER


    1. A01NHWE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Engage the 2 guides and remove the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01NHXL

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NCLS

      Disengage the 2 clips and guide, and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support RH.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage 2 fasteners.

      Remove the 4 hog rings.

    3. Disengage the 5 hooks.

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    5. Disengage the 2 hooks.

      Turn back the separate type rear seatback cover to remove the nut, and separate the bracket of the separate type rear seatback cover.

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt hook.

    8. Remove the rear seatback cover with pad.

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the 12 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover.

  17. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the No. 3 rear seat cover.

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT INNER SHIELD COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No 2 rear seat inner shield cover.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH


    1. A01NCMG

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion side cover LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER LH


    1. A01NGFC

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat reclining inner cover LH.

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE


    1. Disengage the 6 control cable clamps.

    2. Disengage the 4 rear seat hooks and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

      Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat hook from the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NGZT

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 "TORX" bolts, 4 bushes and the rear seat cushion spring assembly LH.
