FRONT POWER SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Memory) Power Seat Power Easy Access System Function does not Operate

DESCRIPTION

When the power switch off or the shift lever is in P, the power seat slides rearwards when the seatbelt tongue plate is disengaged from the front seat inner belt assembly (driver side) (auto away function). Also the power seat slides forward when the seatbelt tongue plate is engaged to the front seat inner belt assembly (driver side) with the power switch on (ACC) or on (IG), or the shift lever in P.

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the intelligent tester to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally Click here.

      CAN communication DTC is not output.

  2. CHECK FRONT POWER SEAT OPERATION (DRIVER SIDE)


    1. Check that each function of the power seat operates normally by using the front power seat switch (driver side) Click here.

  3. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Driver Seat / Data List.

    5. Read the Data List according to the display on the intelligent tester.
