B2085 Communication Error from Driving Support ECU to VSC ECU

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when CAN communication between the driving support ECU and skid control ECU assembly is interrupted.

This circuit consists of the driving support ECU, skid control ECU assembly and seat belt control ECU. DTC B2085 is stored when the seat belt control ECU detects an interruption in CAN communication between the driving support ECU and skid control ECU assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Check for DTCs.

      OK
      CAN communication system DTC is output.

    NG

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM Click here

    OK

  2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM)


    1. Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash / DTC.

    2. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    3. Drive the vehicle.

    4. Check for DTCs.

      OK
      DTC B2085 is not output.

    NG

    REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU Click here
