PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash / DTC.

    5. Enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash 2 / DTC.

    6. Check the details of the DTC(s) Click here.

    Tech Tips

    As the driving support ECU and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-crash safety system, be sure to check the Pre-Crash and Pre-Crash 2 DTCs.

  2. CLEAR DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash / DTC.

    5. Enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash 2 / DTC.

    6. Clear the DTCs.

    Tech Tips

    As the driving support ECU and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-crash safety system, be sure to clear the Pre-Crash and Pre-Crash 2 DTCs.
