ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR (for Center Floor) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01NH41

      Engage the 2 claws and install the electrical key oscillator.

      Note

      Be careful when installing the electrical key oscillator. If the oscillator is dropped, replace it with a new one.

    3. A01NGE8

      Reinstall the floor carpet with the 2 clips.

  2. INSTALL AIR INTAKE COVER


    1. Install the air intake cover RH.


      1. A01ND9T

        Install the air intake cover RH with the 2 claws and the 2 screws.

      2. Install the 2 hole covers.

    2. Install the air intake cover CTR.


      1. A01NG8X

        Install the air intake cover CTR with the 2 claws and the 2 screws.

      2. Install the 2 hole covers.

    3. Install the air intake cover LH.


      1. A01NF8M

        Install the air intake cover LH with the 2 claws and the 2 screws.

      2. Install the 2 hole covers.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NEZD

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. A01NGWM

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. A01NDMI

      Connect the connector.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly LH with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  4. CONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH


    1. When replacing the rear seat assembly LH or No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable with a new one:


      1. A01NHBE

        Connect the rear seat assembly LH or No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. When replacing the rear seat lock cable assembly LH with a new one:


      1. Engage the joint piece with the cable of the rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

      2. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly LH and connector case as shown in the illustration.

      3. Push the lock pin of the connector case as shown in the illustration to connect the rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

    3. When reusing the rear seat assembly LH, No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable and rear seat lock cable assembly LH:


      1. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

      2. Connect the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

        Install the rear seat reclining control cable to the cover as shown in the illustration.

      4. A01NGBT

        Connect the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

    5. Press the adjusters lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjusters spring is not compressed.

      Engage the guide.

    7. Connect the No. 2 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      Connect the rear seatback board carpet assembly with the 4 clips.

  5. INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK


    1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

    2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH


    1. A01NFLC

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat inner track bracket cover LH.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH


    1. A01NHXN

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat outer track bracket cover LH.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NGP5

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01NH4O

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. A01NEWM

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. A01NCPO

      Connect the connector.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  10. CONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH


    1. When replacing the rear seat assembly RH or rear seat reclining control cable with a new one:


      1. A01NHBE

        Connect the rear seat assembly RH or rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. When replacing the rear seat lock cable assembly RH with a new one:


      1. Engage the joint piece with the cable of the rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

      2. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH and connector case as shown in the illustration.

      3. Push the lock pin of the connector case as shown in the illustration to connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

    3. When reusing the rear seat assembly RH, rear seat reclining control cable and rear seat lock cable assembly RH:


      1. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

      2. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

        Install the rear seat reclining control cable to the cover as shown in the illustration.

        Connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

    5. Press the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Connect the rear seatback board sub-assembly with the 2 clips.

  11. INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK


    1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

    2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat inner track bracket cover RH.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH


    1. A01NHX5

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat outer track bracket cover RH.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHWW

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01NG4X

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  16. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  17. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.
