  1. INSTALL THEFT WARNING SIREN ASSEMBLY

      Connect the connector.

    2. A01NFRX

      Install the theft warning siren assembly with the 2 nuts.

  2. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the 2 bolts and 5 clips.

  3. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SWITCH (w/ Air Suspension)


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 2 claws to install the height control switch to the deck trim side panel assembly RH.

      Engage the 6 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the rear floor finish plate.

  11. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for Compact Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box RH with the 2 clips.

  12. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box RH with the 3 clips.

  13. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Compact Spare Tire)


    1. A01NFBL

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 3 rear floor board.

  14. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 3 rear floor board.

  15. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  16. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY (for Compact Spare Tire)


    1. Install the spare wheel cover assembly.

  17. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. A01NGS3

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. A01NEZN

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    3. A01NGS9

      Engage the 3 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01NH4O

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. A01NEWM

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. A01NCPO

      Connect the connector.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  19. CONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH


    1. When replacing the rear seat assembly RH or rear seat reclining control cable with a new one:


      1. A01NHBE

        Connect the rear seat assembly RH or rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. When replacing the rear seat lock cable assembly RH with a new one:


      1. Engage the joint piece with the cable of the rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

      2. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH and connector case as shown in the illustration.

      3. Push the lock pin of the connector case as shown in the illustration to connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

    3. When reusing the rear seat assembly RH, rear seat reclining control cable and rear seat lock cable assembly RH:


      1. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

      2. Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

        Install the rear seat reclining control cable to the cover as shown in the illustration.

        Connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

    5. Press the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjusters spring is not compressed.

      Engage the guide.

    7. Connect the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      Connect the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH with the 3 clips.

    9. A01NGJL

      Connect the rear seatback board sub-assembly with the 2 clips.

  20. INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK


    1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

    2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH


    1. A01NGSN

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat inner track bracket cover RH.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat outer track bracket cover RH.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NHWW

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01NG4X

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  25. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  26. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  27. INSPECT SUSPENSION SYSTEM
